PARTICIPATED IN MY FIRST ZOOM ONLINE GA/GAMBLERS ANONYMOUS MEETING IN AMERICA

Through clicking on one of the above links...; -(I was using the iPad from in bed, btw.)-; I actually was able to successfully participate in an online Zoom meeting; it was close to the end of the meeting...so, I only remained there for around 1/2 an hour or so.

Just like when participating in 'real' live GA/Gamblers Anonymous meetings...the people there were both respectful and friendly.

I talked about the usual mess...having lost so much money to gambling; and, just how 'guilty and ashamed' it made me feel...having gone and completely emptied all of the money out of my bank a/c's.

160321 LATEST UPDATE

I got into an argument with one of the group leaders; and, basically, I decided to quit/self-ban. (They didn't actually throw me out...; instead, I threw myself out...; by resigning from being in the Facebook group.)

I just objected to them saying I must NOT gamble...; when my own feeling is I gamble whenever I damn well chose.

They kept on telling me I should install 'blocking' software...; none of which advice I was willing to accept. So, in the end, I just decided the best way is to, quite simply, leave.

Sat 270321 Gambled and won: Withdrew £5.00/Transferred the rest into my Poker balance

3:30 AM SIGNED IN TO WILLIAM HILL/DISCOVERED £4.00+ BALANCE/DECIDED TO PLAY ROULETTE I signed in to William Hill...; and, discovered my 'delayed' bets had won £4.00+; that's when I decided to play Roulette in order to win some more. Some bets lost...; other bets won...; eventually, when the total said £5.00+...I decided to with draw the round £5.00; and, then, -after playing a little bit more- transfer the rest of the pennies balance into my William Hill Poker a/c., instead.  Currently, my William Hill a/c. balance says: 0.00 balance. My poker a/c. balance says: £1.70p +. ----- At the same time, I'm thinking about investing more money into William Hill so that I can continue playing...; whilst, at the same time, thinking to myself...what if I were to go lose everything, then...which would be far more money that I'd ever won/or, withdrawn...?!

100125 Gambled William Hill/Ladbrokes - lost £10.00

I gambled at both William Hill/Ladbrokes...depositing £5.00 in each separate account; thus, investing a total of £10.00 altogether. I played both Roulette/and, Poker (WH browser based); lost the whole damn lot. ----- NOTE: It was NOT a case of I just simply went and lost, lost, lost...; but, instead, the money went 'up and down' -the usual Roller-Coaster ride-; and, sometimes, I was winning almost £15.00 after having invested just £5.00. It was the usual trouble of just not knowing when to stop/and, also, betting bigger and bigger stakes which when it lost...ended up wiping out my balance, altogether. ----- Anyway, that's me having scratched my gambling itch. Hopefully, I won't get 'tempted' to do any further gambling, at least, for now. NOTE: The strong temptation to gamble does never ever leave me...; I could easily stay there all day/night long doing endless online gambling...and, think I had just died and gone up to sheer blue Heaven; I feel as if I'm in...
