Tue 120825 Bet £10.00 Ladbrokes Roulette...lost everything...nil balance.

Just as the day was ending...I decided to do some FREE bets at: Coral/William Hill/ Ladbrokes.

I think, I won some money at Coral...; but, only just mere pence.

I won £5.30 at William Hills...; the which total I immediately withdrew...it being over the minimum one is allowed to withdraw...which is £5.00 minimum.

WENT BACK IN TO GAMBLE, AGAIN

Only trouble there was with that one win...; I was instantly 'tempted' to go and gamble some more. 

So, I decided this time to invest £10.00 on Ladbrokes Premium Roulette(one of my favourite games). The usual 'up/down' Roller Coaster ride...at one point my money went up to reach £16.++. Only that's when I started to believe I was thoroughly 'invincible'...so didn't wish to 'stop' gambling...; just collect the money and run. 

Continuing to gamble, further...I ran into a spot of some seriously bad luck...where I was betting on 'black'...and, 'red' came up 8 times in a row...; each time I lost, I went and doubled up...hoping that 'black' would come up next time...??? When you double your money...you also double your losing, I'm afraid...; which can't go on for too very long -(not unless you have a big enough bank roll to play with)- before you find yourself have been left totally 'flat broke'. Once my money had gone down to become £3.xx...(I could NOT double up anymore...as it just said 'insufficent balance'...; then, I knew it was going to be very hard, indeed, to recover...; sure enough, in really next to no time, having such 'low' funds to keep on playing with...my balance went down to reach nil...as in, absolutely £0.00 balance left...?!

I came away from the table feeling total and complete 'disgust'...! Why didn't I just take the money when I was up by more than 50% in winnings...?

WILL I GO AND GAMBLE MORE...AS IN, CHASING AFTER MY LOSSES...???

The time has already gone past midnight...; and, the date/time says:

My thinking is...will I go and put in another £10.00 into Ladbrokes...in order to recover back the money I had just previously lost from, yesterday, night. Or, will I just decide that 13 is an 'unlucky' number...; so, might as well NOT bother to bet until this 13th day of the month is over. 

-(Though, it's said, Fri 13th is far worse for bad luck...?!)-

THE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS I'M HAVING ARE 2...COUNCIL TAX(£33.00)/TRAVEL PASS TO PAY FOR(£35.00)...WITHOUT IT I CAN'T GO OUT TO ATTEND COLLEGE?!

The council tax bill is £33.00 monthly...; and, I still haven't paid this month's council tax bill, yet; but, if I don't pay it soon...; then, they will demand I pay all of it -(around £200.00+)- in just one single go...?! 

I need my 60+ London FREE Travel pass...which cost £35.00 to renew.

Altogether I have just £50.00 left inside of my bank a/c. right now. So, if I pay for one bill...I will NOT be able to pay for the other...; which is why I felt 'tempted' to go gamble, in the first place.

Not to mention, this month has only just 'started'; and, I have to figure a way to survive on 'food/drink' for the next whole entire month long...; -(I do have some packets of rice/porridge/potatoes left/plus, a few tins)-; which is something like 30 days...; before I will get another government benefit payment come in.

I really don't know how I'm going to do it...??? But, somehow or other, I will...I usually do manage to survive through the month...; but, no question about it...life is kinda 'tough', at the moment. I'm not eating/drinking the food I would most like to eat/drink...; but, instead, I'm just merely surviving living on really 'cheap' food, mostly, costing £1.00 each.

Ladbrokes Roulette: Invested £100.00/Lost £70.00/Recovered back £30.00 (in £5.00 withdrawals)

GREW TOO OVER-CONFIDENT ABOUT MY LAST WINNINGS...MAKING ME WANT GO BET EVEN MORE MONEY I'm afraid, that the downside of my my last wins -(when I'd won over 4 times what was my original investment of just £5.00)- was I became totally 'over-confident'...always, an extremely dangerous thing when it comes to doing any gambling; so, through having had that 'one' good experience, it did only serve to encourage me to gamble even far more. Today, I played Roulette; but, instead of my usual 'limited' £5.00 deposit...I allowed myself to get completely carried away in 'blind hope'...and, went and deposited £100.00; but, I ended up coming away with just £30/meaning overall I lost £70.00. PLAYING FREE GAMES AT BOTH WILLIAM HILLS/LADBROKES ----- WILLIAM HILL I decided to have a go at playing slots at William Hill. Because, I had played FREE games, and, won some money...; I can't recall exactly what the balance had said...but, it was under £2/3.00. Anyway, after doing the usual Roller-Coaster ride...up/down...I, eventually, ended up winning £20.00. Next, I thought to myself this is really easy...; so, rather than withdraw...why not see if I can make more...such as £25.00+. Well, my balance just went down and down and down...I was playing games at .20p/though, most at .10p spins, at a time. Next thing I knew my balance said just £6.00 left.
